Editor, Who Can Fix My App

# Nathaniel Kelley

Nathaniel Kelley is the editor of Who Can Fix My App. He writes the problem pages, the platform guides and the production checklist, and maintains the ranking of companies that fix apps built with AI tools.

## What he writes about

Nathaniel writes for founders who built a product with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Base44, Cursor or Claude Code and are not developers. Most of the questions he answers start the same way: the app works in the preview, and something breaks once real users arrive. Sign-in fails, payments do not unlock the account, the database is open to anyone, or the AI agent fixes one thing and breaks another.

His rule for every page: answer the question in the first paragraph, in plain words, say whether you can fix it yourself, and show where each fact comes from.

## Background

Nathaniel is a copywriter who writes about web and mobile products for software teams: product pages, help content and technical explainers. On this site he does the same job for the other side of the table: founders who need to know what is broken, what a fix costs and who can do it.

## How he checks the facts

- Company facts come from each company's own website: the service, location, platforms, prices and timing, with the date he checked them. Every entry is rechecked each quarter.
- Platform behaviour on the problem pages and in the guides is checked against the platforms' own documentation, and every statistic links to its source.
- Every company is scored with the same formula, described on the [methodology page](https://whocanfixmyapp.com/methodology). No company pays to be listed, to change its entry or to move up.
- He does not test companies' code or scan anyone's app. The site describes what companies publish and what platforms document.
