What Who Can Fix My App is

Who Can Fix My App is a reference site for founders whose app was built with an AI tool such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Base44, Cursor or Claude Code and now has to work for real users. It documents 67 problems with their usual causes and fixes, a 24-point production checklist, 7 platform guides, the prices 39 companies publish for fixing AI-built apps, and a ranking of 79 companies that do this work.

Who it is for

People who are not developers and who built a product with an AI builder. Typical situations: the app works in the preview and breaks on the live site, sign-in fails for real customers, a payment went through but the account was not upgraded, an agent keeps fixing one thing and breaking another, or a security scan raised a flag before launch. The site answers three questions in that order: what is wrong, can you fix it yourself, and who to hire if you cannot.

What is inside

  • Problems: 67 pages, one per symptom, each with a quick verdict (how serious it is, whether you can fix it alone, what a fix typically costs), the cause, the steps, and when to get an engineer.
  • Checklist: 24 checks across data, sign-in, payments, code, operations and cost, with a verdict on whether the app is safe to launch.
  • Guides: what each platform builds, where it breaks and how to check it.
  • Prices: every price and timing the listed companies publish, grouped by kind of job.
  • Ranking: 79 companies ranked by a published score out of 10, each with a full review, alternatives and side-by-side comparisons, plus rankings by platform.

Who edits it

Nathaniel Kelley

Nathaniel Kelley is the editor. He writes the problem pages, the guides and the checklist, checks every company entry against the company's own website, and updates the ranking each quarter. More about Nathaniel.

How the information is collected

Company facts come from each company's own website: service name, location, what the service includes, the platforms it names, and any prices and timing it publishes. Each entry shows the date it was checked, and entries are rechecked every quarter. No company pays to be listed, to change its entry or to change its position. Each company gets a score out of 10 from the same five criteria; the methodology page shows the formula and how the editor's picks are matched to each kind of job. Platform behaviour in the problem pages and guides is checked against the platforms' own documentation, and every statistic links to its source.

How to use it

  1. Start with the symptom you see or run the five critical checks.
  2. Read the verdict: if the fix is a settings change, do it yourself with the steps on the page.
  3. If it needs an engineer, use the published prices to know what the job should cost, then pick from the ranking.
