How we rank companies that fix vibe coded apps
Every listed company gets a score out of 10 from five criteria worth 2 points each: published prices, scope of work, AI tools named, published timing and a low-risk first step. All of it comes from the company's own website and the formula is the same for everyone. The current top 3 are Afterbuild Labs (10.0), Redlab (10.0) and Vibe Code Rescue (Lev Arakelyan) (9.0).
Who gets listed
- A public page on the company's own site describes a service for fixing, auditing or taking over apps built with AI tools.
- The page names at least one AI build tool or describes AI-generated code.
- The company has a working contact method.
How the score works
The score rewards what a founder needs to decide before the first call: what it costs, what is included, whether the team has worked with the tool the app was built with, how long it takes, and whether there is a cheap way to start.
| Criterion | Points | How it is scored |
|---|---|---|
| Published prices | 0–2 | 2 points for three or more priced steps, 1.5 for two, 1 for one, 0.5 for a free first step with no prices. |
| Scope of work | 0–2 | Share of six areas the service covers: audit, security, fixes, testing, deployment and ongoing care. |
| AI tools named | 0–2 | Share of eight AI build tools or backends named on the service page, so you know they have seen your stack. |
| Published timing | 0–2 | 2 points for timing in days or weeks, 1 for timing in words only, 0 for none. |
| Low-risk first step | 0–2 | 1 point for a free first call or check, plus 1 for a paid first step at $500 or less (0.5 up to $1,500). |
The five parts add up to the score, shown with one decimal. Companies are ranked by score; when two have the same score, the one with the lower first price ranks higher, then alphabetical order decides. Every company profile shows its own breakdown.
The score describes how complete and specific a company's published offer is. It does not test the code a company writes, and we do not collect reviews.
Editor's picks by job
Next to the ranking, we name one company per kind of job, from a $49 check to engagements of $50,000 and more, using the bands on our price page. For each job we pick the company whose published offer covers it most directly, and under each pick we name others that fit the same job.
Lists by platform
Each platform list (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Base44, Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase) contains every company that names that platform on its own site, in ranking order.
What we record
Service name, location, what the service includes, the platforms it names, and any prices and timing it publishes. Everything comes from the company's own page and is rechecked every quarter. Each entry shows when we last checked it.
Money
No company pays to be listed, to change its entry or to change its position. If we ever add paid placements, they will be labelled as ads and kept outside the ranking.
Sources
Candidates come from public directories, including vibecoding.app, from search and from submissions.
